A Groom That Sings To His Beautiful Bride
A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of working with a very fun couple. Funny enough, I used to live 2 doors down from them and we did not realize it until we met for the first wedding consultation. When Ricky walked in to my studio, I thought this guy looks very familiar. Then when he handed me the check for the deposit, I recognized the address and we both realized we lived next to each other. Instantly I knew that Ricky and Sarah’s wedding was going to be a blast from the fun times they had in our neighborhood. Sarah was so excited to work with me that I could not wait for their day to come.
When their special day finally came, we had a lot of fun capturing all of the details and fun festivities that went on. Sarah and Ricky got married at St. Paul’s Cathedral in Oakland (College Town in Pittsburgh, PA) and then followed a very fun wedding reception at the Heinz History Center in the Strip District of Pittsburgh. One thing that stood out right away was the bag piper at the ceremony. He was awesome and I think it made their ceremony unique in that aspect.
What I thought was really cool was when the groom performed on stage with Mark Pipas to perform a song for his lovely wife Sarah. This put the icing on the cake, which was from Bethel Bakery by the way.
I hope you enjoy the photos of Ricky and Sarah’s wonderful wedding in Pittsburgh. Checkout Sarah’s beautiful flowers and dress too. The flowers came from Always in Bloom Flowers in Etna, PA and her dress came from MB Bride.
