Pittsburgh Bishop David Allen Zubik Marries A Special Couple
How lucky is this bride and groom? Well, maybe not so lucky because it rained on their wedding day, but that did not stop them from having fun and showing their love for each other. Bishop David Zubik married them at Holy Trinity in Pittsburgh, PA. That was enough to keep them smiling and not worry or care about the rain. Besides, rain is good luck on your wedding day; so they say 
Being Catholic myself, I was just as excited as the bride and groom were that Bishop Zubik was going to be at their wedding. When I got there and saw he was marrying them, I was ecstatic! It is not everyday I get to shoot a wedding with someone as special as Bishop Zubik. We started at the brides house with her getting ready and then traveled in the pouring rain to Holy Trinity in McKees Rocks. As you will see in the photos, the bride arrived with a smiling face and love in her eyes despite the rain. When she walked down the aisle, the same look was on the grooms face as he watcher her grandfather bring her to him. Such a special moment every bride and groom wait their entire lives for.
